Planning and Construction Permits

Site Plan Variance Approvals and Zoning Permits
New Jersey Uniform Permit Application for all localities. Four copies are required per permit.
Chimney Verification Document
The Contact Information Sheetis to be filled out in addition to the Uniform Permit Application.
The Certificate of Continuing Occupancy is to be used when necessary and is not part of the permit application.

Municode Construction Fees(as per the State Uniform Construction Code)

Scheduled inspection times occur between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. A representative over 18 years of age must be present at the location when an inspection is conducted.
